Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • 1 chili pepper(s), mild, or chili powder
  • pepper
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 shallots
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 2 tsp pesto (tomato)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for the grill

Make four pans out of aluminum foil. Double the foil and place it over an upturned dessert bowl. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with the crème fraîche. Finely chop the shallots and onions and mix in. Halve the tomatoes and add them. (If you don’t like tomatoes, you can also use bell peppers.) Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili. Chop the basil and add it. Brush the pans with oil. Add all the ingredients and garnish each with half a teaspoon of pesto. Place on the grill for about 15 minutes.
