Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 bunch of radishes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the lettuce into small strips, wash, and drain well. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Arrange the chopped vegetables on top of the salad. Dice the feta into small pieces and add them to the salad. Mix everything well. Add salad dressing to taste. Let the salad cool briefly to keep it fresh and crisp.
