Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- ½ iceberg lettuce
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful of radishes
- 1 small onion(s), red
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 tsp spice mix (magic spice mix)
- 60 g herb butter
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with lots of vegetables
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut into strips, rings, slices, or cubes as desired. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Arrange the vegetables on a plate. Wash the turkey, dry it, and season with the magic spice. Fry it in olive oil. Let the meat cool briefly and arrange it on the salad plates. Add the mushroom slices to the pan and fry. They taste particularly good sautéed in herb butter. Place the mushrooms on the salad plate. For a dressing, melt a small knob of herb butter and drizzle over the meat. Serve with baguette.
