Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 3 bell peppers, green, yellow and red
- 2 onions
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 150 g crab meat
- 4 eggs, hard boiled
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
- Sugar
- cress
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and wash the lettuce, and cut into thin strips. Clean and wash the bell peppers, and peel the onions. Slice the bell peppers and onions into thin rings. Finely grate the cucumber. Slice the eggs. Carefully mix all the prepared salad ingredients and the crab. Mix a marinade of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar and pour it over the salad. Garnish with cress and dill.
