Colorful Stock Pot with Green Beans

The perfect colorful stock pot with green beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilo Potatoes
  • 1 kilo Green beans frozen
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 Rods Leek
  • 1 piece Celery
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 liter Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried basil
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried savory
  • Dried marjoram
  • Dried tarragon
  • Plant cream
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, cut the carrots into slices, dice the celery, cut the leek into rings, chop the parsley and bring everything in the vegetable stock to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Peel and dice the onion, sauté in the vegetable cream until translucent and add to the vegetables.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and the herbs, add the beans, cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
