Colorful Stock Pot with Green Beans
The perfect colorful stock pot with green beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kilo Potatoes
- 1 kilo Green beans frozen
- 3 Carrots
- 2 Rods Leek
- 1 piece Celery
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 1 Onion
- 2 liter Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried basil
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Dried savory
- Dried marjoram
- Dried tarragon
- Plant cream
- Peel and dice the potatoes, cut the carrots into slices, dice the celery, cut the leek into rings, chop the parsley and bring everything in the vegetable stock to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Peel and dice the onion, sauté in the vegetable cream until translucent and add to the vegetables.
- Season with salt, pepper and the herbs, add the beans, cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
