Green Beans – Pot

The perfect green beans – pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flat green beans or others
  • 3 Onions, diced
  • 500 g Mixed hack
  • 5 Beefsteak tomatoes
  • 4 size Potatoes
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 5 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,25 l Vegetable broth
  • Paprika powder, salt, pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Olive oil
  1. Fry the diced onions and the chopped garlic with the mince in oil.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
  3. Peel and chop the tomatoes, quarter, core, peel and cut the peppers into large pieces and add with the tomato paste.
  4. Cut the beans into pieces approx. 3 cm long and add them to the pot with the potatoes. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer for another 20 minutes.
  6. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika (hot) and a pinch of sugar.
