Green Beans – Pot
The perfect green beans – pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Flat green beans or others
- 3 Onions, diced
- 500 g Mixed hack
- 5 Beefsteak tomatoes
- 4 size Potatoes
- 2 Red Peppers
- 4 Garlic cloves chopped
- 5 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,25 l Vegetable broth
- Paprika powder, salt, pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Olive oil
- Fry the diced onions and the chopped garlic with the mince in oil.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
- Peel and chop the tomatoes, quarter, core, peel and cut the peppers into large pieces and add with the tomato paste.
- Cut the beans into pieces approx. 3 cm long and add them to the pot with the potatoes. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer for another 20 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika (hot) and a pinch of sugar.
