Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 chicken breast fillet(s)
- 3 bell peppers, green, yellow, red
- 5 cups whipped cream
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 275 g rice
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Garlic
- Sugar
- n. B. Sauce thickener
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Dice the bell peppers. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Heat butter in a saucepan. Brown the chicken breast. Then add the diced bell peppers and fry lightly. Once the peppers are al dente, add the cream and bring everything to a boil. Season to taste and thicken with a sauce thickener if necessary. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Serve the rice on plates, top with the chicken pieces, and garnish with parsley.
