Colorful tortellini pot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 240 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 600 ml chicken stock
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 100 g sugar snap peas
  • 180 g tortellini, ready to eat
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs of your choice, chopped
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the chicken strips and then deglaze with the chicken stock. Peel and finely dice the carrots. Trim the leeks and finely slice them. Add them along with the snow peas and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the tortellini and season with salt and pepper. Serve the colorful tortellini dish sprinkled with herbs.
