Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 300 g zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 thick leek(s)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 5 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 1 package of quiche and tart dough
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • oil

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

super easy and fast

Cut the vegetables into 1-2 cm pieces. Sauté the carrots and mushrooms in a little oil or margarine. Add the remaining vegetables and simmer for a moment until softened. Season to taste with 1 teaspoon each of salt and Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Turn off the pan. Mix the cream with the eggs, salt, and pepper. If you like, add a handful of cheese. Line a cake or casserole dish with baking paper or grease it with margarine. Place the prepared quiche dough in the pan, leaving a 2-3 cm rise from the edge. Quickly fold the cream mixture into the vegetables and pour into the dish. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
