Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil (garlic oil or other oil, to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and trim the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and finely dice the flesh. Wash the spring onions, slice them into thin strips, and add them to the tomatoes. Chop the chives and parsley and add them. Dice the feta cheese and add it as well. Mix in a little oil and season the salad with salt and pepper. This salad tastes especially good on freshly toasted bread with quark.
