Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 100 g yogurt, set
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch parsley (optional)
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Peel and cook the carrots. Make a sauce from the mayonnaise, yogurt, and spices. Slice the lukewarm carrots and add them. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Add the chopped parsley just before serving.
