Cooked Liver Sausage

- 300 g Palatine liver sausage
- 4 piece Pickled cucumber pickled. drained
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- Dried parsley
- Dried marjoram
- White milled pepper
- Maggi
- Mash the liver sausage and mix with the finely diced cucumber and chopped onion. Then season well with the rest of the things and let it steep a little. If it is too firm, mix it with a little margarine. The recipe is about 8 servings – if you also have something else for the snack 🙂
