Cooked Liver Sausage

The perfect cooked liver sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Palatine liver sausage
  • 4 piece Pickled cucumber pickled. drained
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • Dried parsley
  • Dried marjoram
  • White milled pepper
  • Maggi
  1. Mash the liver sausage and mix with the finely diced cucumber and chopped onion. Then season well with the rest of the things and let it steep a little. If it is too firm, mix it with a little margarine. The recipe is about 8 servings – if you also have something else for the snack 🙂
