Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 20 g salt
- 2 g pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Place the ingredients in a bowl. Knead everything with your hands until the mixture begins to spread. Then fill the mince into preserving jars. The rims should not be greasy. Place the rubber bands, which should have been previously soaked in water, around the lid and secure the jar with clamps. Place a wire rack in a saucepan to prevent the jars from touching the bottom while cooking. Place the jars in the pan, ideally stuffing old towels between them. Fill the pan with cold water. NOTE: The jars should not be covered with water. Let the mince simmer for 2 hours from the time of cooking.
