  • 400 g cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 1 pack of biscuits, (American cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the milk with the sugar, vanilla bean pulp, cream, and egg yolk. Crumble the biscuits and mix in. Pour everything into the ice cream maker and freeze until it reaches the desired consistency.
