- 2 Chicken breasts
- 800 ml Poultry stock
- 200 ml Cream
- 4 Cl Noilly Prat
- 1 Onion
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 El Sweet paprika powder
- 1 toe Garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 2 El Oil
- 1 El Sweet paprika powder

- 4 Red pointed peppers
- 1 Tl Creme fraiche Cheese
- First marinate the chicken breasts. To do this, mix the 2 tablespoons of oil with paprika powder and salt, then turn the breasts inside and refrigerate.
- Peel the peppers with a peeler then cut into strips the onion and garlic, also cut into small pieces.
- Brown the chicken breasts in a little olive oil on all sides and take them out. Put the onion in the roasting fat and briefly sweat the paprika powder and a pinch of sugar with the wine.
- Now add the sliced paprika and fry briefly. Top up with the poultry stock and reduce by half. Now add the cream and reduce it again.
