Cooking: Salmon Meatballs with Potatoes

  • 500 g Wild salmon fillet
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 1 Bun old
  • 2 Red onions
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 Eggs
  • Fish seasoning
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil
  1. Place the fish fillet in a colander and let it thaw. Peel the potatoes and cook as usual, then let them cool down and soak the bread rolls. Peel the onion and cut into pieces. Chop the parsley.
  2. Rinse and pat dry thawed fish. Chop the fish, potatoes and onions using a meat grinder with a large perforated disk (5-6mm).
  3. Add the squeezed bun, parsley and eggs to this mixture and mix thoroughly. Season to taste.
  4. Place breadcrumbs on a plate.
  5. Form 12-16 meatballs out of the fish mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs (meatballs are very soft at first, so place them in the breadcrumbs and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top).
  6. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the meatballs on both sides.
