Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 cup of yogurt (150 g)
- 50 ml grapefruit juice
- 1 peach(s)
- e.g. sugar or vanilla sugar
- e.g. ice cream (vanilla, strawberry, etc.)
- e.g. coffee, cold or instant
- e.g. milk
- some ice cubes
- n. B. cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

For version 1: Rinse the strawberries, peel the peaches and banana(s), and place them in a blender. Add the yogurt and juice and blend. Sweeten as desired and blend again. For version 2: Follow the instructions above, but add an ice cream flavor of your choice instead of the sugar and blend. The fruit, juice, and ice cream are variable and can be adjusted to your taste. For version 3: Place cold coffee or coffee powder (espresso or cappuccino), ice cubes, and milk in the blender and blend until drinkable. For version 4: Follow the instructions above, except add ice cream or cocoa powder and blend. I make one of these drinks almost every day. They’re simple, delicious, cooling on warm days, and filling for a snack.
