- 3 Chicken breasts
- 6 Discs Bacon
- 3 Discs Sliced cheese … Gouda, Emmental – as you wish
- Poultry seasoning mix
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 0,5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- Fat for frying
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the rosemary and set aside, clump the egg
