Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
- 20 tbsp Asian sauce (teriyaki sauce)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 garlic cloves, crushed
- pepper
- 2 handfuls of coriander leaves, finely chopped

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Good with Asian grill
Mix all ingredients together to make a marinade and let it marinate for at least 2-3 hours, but preferably overnight. It pairs perfectly with Mongolian hot pot, Asian grilled skewers, and fish and white poultry.
