Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 tbsp oil, neutral
- 1 piece(s) onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 piece(s) Pepper, green in thin rings
- 100 g raw ham, cut into strips
- 1 can corn, well drained
- 6 tbsp cream
- 10 g flour
- Salt or instant vegetable broth
- Paprika powder, sweet
- chili powder
- lemon juice
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 8 slices of toast
- 200 g feta cheese in thin slices
- Pepper, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175°C fan/convection oven. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the diced bell peppers. Add the onion, pepperoni, ham, and corn and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the cream with the flour and stir into the pan. Season to taste with the spices and lemon juice, and fold in the dill. Toast the bread, spread the mixture on top, and top with the cheese slices. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, then sprinkle with pepper and serve.
