In addition, corn grits are also a hypoallergenic product, so you can easily give it to even the smallest children, as well as include it in the diet of people prone to food allergies.

The fiber contained in it in large quantities cleanses the intestines well from harmful fecal stones, and toxins, and removes radionuclides, toxins, and pesticides from the body. All you need to do is eat corn porridge every day, replacing breakfast, lunch, and dinner with it. If you want to lose a few pounds, you only need to replace 1-2 regular meals with corn porridge, but if you want an enhanced effect, you need to eat corn porridge at all meals.

A prerequisite for this diet is to consume plenty of water. It must be purified and non-carbonated. The norm of water in the corn diet is up to 2.5 liters per day.

Porridge on corn flour for dietary purposes should be prepared without additives.
