Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 200 g cheese (young Gouda)
- 5 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 7 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt
- pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Cut the cheese into small squares. Place the corn, kidney beans, spring onions, and cheese in a bowl and mix. Mix the vinegar, oil, and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar and pour over the salad.
