Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g corn, frozen
- 300 g bell pepper, frozen cut into strips
- 250 ml water
- 750 ml milk
- 250 ml water
- 180 g ground corn
- 8 grains of pepper, with ground
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp herbal salt
- ½ tsp broth (vegetable yeast broth)

Boil frozen corn and frozen bell peppers with approximately 250 ml of water. When the water evaporates, reduce the heat. Combine 750 ml of milk and 250 ml of water in a saucepan rinsed with water. Add sugar, herb salt, and yeast broth. Add 180 g of ground corn and pepper to the saucepan, stir, then add the corn and bell peppers. Bring to a boil, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. My own recipe.
