Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 g butter
- 175 g green spelt
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 stalk(s) leek (150g)
- 400 g carrot(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chives
- pepper
- Soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat the fat and briefly roast the green spelt. Deglaze with stock and simmer in a covered pan over low heat for 1 hour. Trim and wash the leeks and carrots. Cut the leeks into thick strips and the carrots into thin strips. Add the vegetables to the green spelt and cook in the soup for another 10 minutes. Season the soup to taste and serve sprinkled with chives.
