Filipino recipe

First, peel the potatoes. Dice the onion, potatoes, garlic, and tomatoes. Heat oil in a pan, add the diced potatoes, and fry until lightly browned. Then add the diced onions and chopped garlic and fry briefly. When the onions are translucent, add the chopped tomatoes and fry briefly again. Add the corned beef, stir, and let it simmer for a few minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, reduce the heat, and simmer the hash until the potatoes are tender, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Serve with rice. Tips: You can also change the order and fry the onions and garlic first, then add the potatoes. You can also omit the tomatoes—just add a splash of water while simmering.
