Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml elderflower syrup
- 80 ml cranberry juice
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 sprig of mint
- some ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
alcohol-free
Press the mint leaves and tear them open if necessary. Shake with lemon juice, syrup, and cranberry juice over ice in a shaker until cold. Strain into a glass and serve with a mint sprig. If the juice tastes too strong, add a little water. Or shake longer to melt the ice cubes.
