Ingredients
 

  • 1 Glass (small) Pitted sour cherries
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 190 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • Margarine for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Put the cherries in a colander to drain. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease the baking pan with margarine.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients into a dough. Pour into the baking pan and spread the drained cherries on it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes.
