Colorful Pasta Salad with Homemade Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Paprika
  • 150 g Peas
  • 150 g Corn
  • 250 g Gouda in one piece
  • 250 g Ham sausage
  • 300 g Natural yoghurt
  • 4 tsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the noodles (I like to use the oak tricolor variety), drain them and let them cool.
  • Dice paprika, tomatoes, ham sausage and cheese; Drain the corn and peas. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
  • Gradually mix the pasta, vegetables, sausage and cheese with the dressing and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder as desired.
  • Put the pasta salad in the fridge and let it steep for half an hour.
