Ingredients
- 500 g Pasta
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Paprika
- 150 g Peas
- 150 g Corn
- 250 g Gouda in one piece
- 250 g Ham sausage
- 300 g Natural yoghurt
- 4 tsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Parsley
- Chives
- Paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil the noodles (I like to use the oak tricolor variety), drain them and let them cool.
- Dice paprika, tomatoes, ham sausage and cheese; Drain the corn and peas. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
- Gradually mix the pasta, vegetables, sausage and cheese with the dressing and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder as desired.
- Put the pasta salad in the fridge and let it steep for half an hour.
