Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g celery
- 1 bunch of chives
- 150 g yogurt
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp sherry, medium
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 pinches of white pepper, freshly ground

ideal with jacket potatoes and chicory
Peel the celery and remove any tough outer strands, then dice. Trim the chives, pat them dry, and finely chop them. Combine both ingredients, except for a little for garnish, with the cottage cheese, yogurt, and sherry. Season the cottage cheese dip with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the remaining celery and chives.
