Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • possibly sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, dice the chicken and fry in a little oil. Then, slice the leek into rings and finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan. Fry everything together for another 5 minutes. Then add the cream and cream cheese. Reduce the heat slightly and simmer until the sauce thickens. If you need to cook quickly, use a sauce thickener. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or rice.
