Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g couscous
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), orange
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pour twice the amount of boiling water and the juice of one lime over the couscous. Then, cover with a plate and let it swell for 10 minutes. Chop the vegetables and mix them together in a bowl. Once the couscous has swollen, it can be tossed with the vegetables. Pour the juice of one orange over the salad.
