Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 180 g couscous
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Vegan
Let the couscous soak in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, and fold them into the soaked couscous. Add the finely sliced parsley. Stir in the lemon juice and sesame oil, and season the salad with salt and pepper.
