Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 180 g couscous
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Vegan

Let the couscous soak in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, and fold them into the soaked couscous. Add the finely sliced ​​parsley. Stir in the lemon juice and sesame oil, and season the salad with salt and pepper.
