Couscous with Vegetables and Beef

The perfect couscous with vegetables and beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Couscous
  • 1 kg Beef
  • 8 Pc. Potato
  • 10 Pc. Carrot
  • 2 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • 1 tube Salt
  • 1 tube Pepper
  • 1 tube Turmeric
  • 1 tube Olive oil
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 bunch Water
  • 1 bunch Harissa paste
  • 1 bunch Paprika spice
  1. Chop the onions and fry them with the meat in oil. Season with harissa and paprika and add tomato paste. Sauté everything briefly and pour water over it.
  2. Let it cook for at least 2-3 hours. Add the vegetables an hour before serving. Finally add the large can of chickpeas (they take very little time to cook). First season the couscous in a bowl with a few drops of olive oil and turmeric and mix. Then put it in the couscous pot and let it steam slowly. As soon as the couscous is ready, mix with the sauce in a bowl and arrange on the plate. Then place the vegetables and meat on the plate.
