Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg pear(s), soft
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g chocolate, crumbled
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 tbsp rum
- some cinnamon
- some nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Peel the pears, halve them, and core them. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a batter. Pour two-thirds of the batter into a springform pan. Gently press the pears down and pour the remaining batter over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200°C (top/bottom heat) on the bottom rack for about one hour.
