Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 400 g North Sea crabs
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 apple
  • 100 ml sea buckthorn nectar
  • n. B. safflower oil
  • n. B. Balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • brown sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shallot(s)

Rinse and drain the crabs. Wash and chop the radishes. Wash and chop the apple, and wash and chop the dill. Place everything in a bowl and mix. For the dressing, finely chop the shallot.
