Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of crabs
  • 6 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • ½ tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 shallot(s) or 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, heaped dill
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly pickled gherkins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

hearty and spicy for a delicious breakfast

Finely dice the onions, garlic, and hard-boiled egg. Then combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like, you can also finely chop one or two gherkins and mix in at the end. Personally, I would only use a very small amount of ketchup! I find the flavor quickly becomes too overpowering otherwise. Once everything is ready, it’s best to refrigerate it for an hour. But I also like it straight away.
