Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 30 g North Sea crabs, cooked
- salt and pepper
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and parsley. Heat the butter in a pan. Pour in the eggs and stir until set. Just before the end of the cooking time, sprinkle the crab on top. The scrambled eggs can be served on whole-grain bread or toast, for example.
