Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 shot of milk
- Herbs of your choice
- 1 tomato(s)
- salt and pepper
- some oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In the meantime, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Chop the herbs, cut the tomato and feta into small pieces, and add everything, including the milk, to the egg in the bowl. Mix everything together again and season. Grease the dish with a little oil and pour in the mixture. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
