Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300 mushrooms
  • 300 tomatoes
  • 100 crabs, peeled
  • 100 shrimp(s) (party shrimp), peeled
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml white wine, amount according to taste, or grape juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the onions and garlic cloves. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut large tomatoes into eighths and cocktail tomatoes in half. Rinse the crab and shrimp and pat dry. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the mushrooms over high heat. Reduce the heat. Add the onions and garlic and fry over low heat. If the garlic is overcooked, it will taste bitter. Add the crab, shrimp, tomatoes, and white wine and mix. Simmer the ragù for about 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
