Cranberry chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g cranberries, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces. Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the egg. Sift the flour and baking powder together, then add to the egg mixture. Fold in the chocolate and cranberries. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of the mixture onto the parchment paper. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
