Cranberry-Walnut Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g walnuts
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 155 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 120 g cranberries, dried
  • 50 g chocolate, dark, chopped
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 43 minutes

with chocolate. Makes about 40 pieces.

Roughly chop the walnuts. Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. Stir in the egg. Add the flour and baking powder and stir in. Now mix in the nuts, chocolate, and cranberries. Place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 13 minutes.
