Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 kohlrabi, approx. 300 g each
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 750 ml broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- 100 g whipped cream
Instructions

according to grandma’s recipe
Trim the spring onions and slice them into rings. Set the green parts aside. Peel and dice the kohlrabi. Sauté the white parts of the spring onions and the diced kohlrabi in butter. Deglaze with the stock and wine. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, add the cream, bring back to a boil, and puree. Serve sprinkled with the spring onion greens and some kohlrabi greens.
