Ingredients
 

  • For the ground:
  • 400 g Cookies of your choice
  • 100 g Butter
  • For the filling:
  • 200 g Chocolate white
  • 200 g Cream 30% fat
  • 600 g Cream cheese
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Food starch

Instructions
 

  • Finely crumble the biscuits, place in a bowl and knead well with the soft butter. Now put everything in the prepared springform pan and press down on the bottom.
  • Cut the white chocolate into small pieces, melt over a water bath and let cool down a little. Add the cream and stir everything to a creamy mass.
  • Mix the cream cheese and sugar well in a bowl. Add the eggs and cornstarch and stir in. Add the chocolate cream mixture and stir in. Now distribute the mixture over the bottom of the biscuit.
  • Place the cake in the oven preheated to 160 degrees upper and lower heat and bake for about 70 minutes. After the baking time, let the cake stand in the switched off oven for about 20 minutes, then take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin.
