- 1 bunch of spring onions
- lots of pepper (freshly ground black pepper)
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- n. B. Salt

Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Press it with a fork until creamy. Add the peeled spring onions, cut into small rings, and season to taste. Enjoy with fresh baguette.
