Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp yogurt
- 6 tomatoes, dried in oil
- 7 Olive, blackened
- ½ large tomato(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- e.g. paprika powder

vegetarian, simple and delicious
Chop the feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and fresh tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the cream cheese, yogurt, and crushed garlic clove (alternatively, chop the garlic into small pieces). Season with pepper. Add paprika, if desired. Purée everything with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes especially good with pita bread.
