Tuna dip with dried tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice, approx. 180 g
  • 500 g quark
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and onions and mix with the cream cheese and quark until smooth. Drain the tuna and fold it into the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste and chill in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. Can be eaten as a spread, on a wrap, or as a dip.
