Cream Cheese: Tutti Frutti E Verduri

The perfect cream cheese: tutti frutti e verduri recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g “Natural” cream cheese *
  • 6 piece Soft apricots from Seeberger
  • 2 piece Paprika, small and sweet
  • 1 piece Spring onion
  • 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  1. Remove the “innards” from the sweet mini peppers. Chop the apricots, bell peppers and spring onions into tiny pieces.
  2. Mix everything with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. * Cream cheese: Put the yoghurt in a sieve lined with a strainer, cover, weigh down with a stone or something similar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Great drinks can be mixed from the whey. Process the cream cheese further as you like.
