- 150 g “Natural” cream cheese *
- 6 piece Soft apricots from Seeberger
- 2 piece Paprika, small and sweet
- 1 piece Spring onion
- 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- Remove the “innards” from the sweet mini peppers. Chop the apricots, bell peppers and spring onions into tiny pieces.
- Mix everything with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- * Cream cheese: Put the yoghurt in a sieve lined with a strainer, cover, weigh down with a stone or something similar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Great drinks can be mixed from the whey. Process the cream cheese further as you like.
