Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 onions
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 100 ml red wine
  • ½ pack of gravy
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

With mushrooms and onions

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place them in a casserole dish. Dice the onions and slice the mushrooms, and briefly fry them together in a pan with a little oil. Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, red wine, and gravy, and bring everything to a boil. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and curry powder. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and cook for 45-60 minutes at 200°C, depending on their size. Serve with fried potatoes, rice, pasta, or couscous.
