Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tsp sauce thickener or flour to thicken
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Basic recipe

Combine the cream, milk, and sour cream in a saucepan and heat. Whisk in the Worcestershire sauce. When the sauce boils, add the thickener and season with salt and pepper.
