Cream – Scrambled Eggs with Nettles
The perfect cream – scrambled eggs with nettles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 3 tbsp Cut leek
- 1 piece Sliced chilli
- 1 handful Freshly cut nettle
- 4 piece Organic eggs
- 50 ml Sweet cream
- 50 ml Salt and pepper
- Put the coconut oil together with the sliced leek and chilli in a pan and leave to cook a little.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, add the cream, salt and pepper and stir everything well. Put the egg mixture in the pan, add the cut nettle and let everything stand out.
- Arrange on a plate and, depending on your taste, you can serve bread or something else.
